Preparation Instructions:

1. Dilute 1 level scoop (10ml) of milk powder into 20ml of low-mineral content bottled water.
2. Heat water to approximately 70°C (158°F).
3. Shake well until the mixture is homogenous.
4. Serve at body temperature (approx. 37°C/98°F) after checking on your wrist.
